The property is located about 200 meters from Porto de Galinhas Beach (500 meters distant from the natural
pools) as well as 350 meters from the center of the town.

The pousada consists of in total 2 plots measuring 448 m² and 455 m² as well as a constructed area of 745,97
m². There is a beautiful and lush garden on the land.

The pousada is composed of 25 bedrooms (all with bathrooms), 23 with balcony and 2 without balcony. The
